On behalf of Maersk Container Industry, JKS is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Support Coordinator to join our Sales & Service team for a maternity cover position.
In this role, you will support the daily business operations and act as an important link between customers, service providers, and internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for a variety of back-office and administrative tasks, ensuring that processes are handled efficiently and with a high level of accuracy.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Managing “Sekstant” subscriptions (monitoring system), renewals, invoicing, and contract administration
Supporting back-office and administrative tasks across the Sales & Service department
Maintaining and updating data in CRM and ERP systems
Coordinating service-related activities, roadshows, and communication with Service Providers
Booking hotels, meeting facilities, and catering in connection with Service Provider meetings and events across different countries
Preparing customer presentations, service bulletins, and technical documentation updates
Ensuring a structured approach to tasks while prioritising deadlines and maintaining high quality standards
We are looking for someone with experience from administrative support, internal sales, customer service, or similar coordination role. You have a flair for CRM systems and strong IT skills, including solid experience with MS Office — especially Excel. Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign and Photoshop, is considered an advantage.
As a person, you are organised, reliable, and detail-oriented with a natural ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment. You enjoy working collaboratively, communicating well with both colleagues and customers, and take pride in delivering high-quality support. Strong English skills, both written and spoken, are essential for the role.
