As our new Regional Sales Engineer / Manager you will be responsible for expanding our footprint in our markets in India, while showcasing your specialization within the technical field. You work independently as well as collaboratively with your world-wide colleagues.

Your open-minded and helpful approach shines, especially during on-site customer visits, where you comprehend and advise costumers in any matter regarding solutions and services.

Knowledge of Industry 4.0 and IIoT for production - and manufacturing environment is appreciated, since you will have to consider this conversion in your work.


Responsibilities:

As a Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing the Indian market within the appliance industry, and more specific within cooling - and air conditioning segments. Your primary responsibilities will involve setting and achieving order entry targets, managing accounts in the AGRAMKOW CRM system, staying ahead of industry movements and developments. You will be successful in this role if you understand market potential, competitors, and local demands in India. You are upholding a customer excellence score (NPS) of over 55%.


Requirements:

Education: We are looking for candidates with technical education paired with commercial flair, such as a Technical Engineer with a commercial MBA, or those with a commercial education coupled with technical insight, like a Master or Bachelor of Science within International Business or a related field.
Experience: The ideal candidate will have 3-10 years of experience within the HVAC or Refrigeration Industry and must possess knowledge of value-based and solution selling in a B2B context.
Market Understanding: Depth knowledge of the Indian market, customers, competitors, and local demands, as well as the ability to stay ahead and understand the trends within the appliance industry.
Skills: Your proficiency in client engagement, communication, and value based selling will be crucial in achieving success in this role.
Language: Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.

Your ability to sell equipment, software, and services, backed by a structured work approach and competence in MS Office and CRM tools (Sales Force preferred), will be essential to your success.
