The position

As our new Intralogistics Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our ambitious automation aspiration in our new production facility, being responsible for project management and implementing state of the art intralogistics material handling and storage solutions.

Your main key tasks will include:

Responsibility for one or more work packages within the Intralogistics track with the focus on highly automated material handling solutions e.g., fully automated pallet and tote warehouses, AGV/AMRs, packaging, and conveyor solutions
Identifying competence needs and facilitating resource allocation to drive progress
Ensuring focus on quality and compliance in developing and implementing solutions
Overall project management and execution including integration and cooperation with other organisations

In this position, you will play a key part of a major expansion project with high ramp-up focus and an international and complex stakeholder landscape. The work will have a direct impact on future launches and delivery of our new products in Novo Nordisk to the benefit of our patients.



Qualifications

To be considered for this position, we expect you to have:

A technical degree within Engineering, Pharmaceutical Science or similar
5-10 years of experience within production or related industries, e.g., as a consultant or within projects
Experience within Project Management, ideally within intralogistics and material handling solutions
Fluent in English both written and spoken
