The position

As Supply Chain Project Manager, you will be driving DMS II Supply Chain projects tied to Novo Nordisk’s single-dose device production network expansion, acting as the supply chain package owner in cross-organizational initiatives, overseeing projects like external capacity expansion, new supply chain IT systems, or process optimizations. Managing various workstreams and fostering strong collaboration with key internal stakeholders, including QA, Device Manufacturing Development, Process Support, Logistics, Business Support and Strategic Sourcing is crucial.


Your key responsibilities include:

Driving project planning and execution, including creating and developing the project plan, as well as monitoring and controlling project work
Working closely with project owner, communicating with end-user and team members and ensuring changing resource and project requirements are met and understood
Seeking inspiration outside DMS (internal / external) to generate project ideas and optimize how DMS II Supply Chain runs projects
Ensuring compliance with Novo Nordisk Quality Management System and Product Supply, Quality & IT (PSQIT) Environmental, Health, and Safety Management systems.

The job is located in Odense, but for the first 1-2 years frequent travel to the Hillerød/Greater Copenhagen area will be required.


Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we imagine you:

Hold at least a bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, business administration or similar
Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience working as a supply chain project manager leading complex business projects within a large, international organization
Demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively engage and build trust with people while securing commitment from both internal and external stakeholders
Exhibit fluency in both spoken and written English.
It would be considered an advantage if you have experience with supply chain IT systems such as SAP S/4 Hana, OMP, EWM.
