Drive own roll outs to implement SAP across subsidiaries
To put it short, your focus is to bringing SAP to the business/subsidiaries and by that contribute to taking the business to the next level based on global, best practise standards. You will do so by managing own end-to-end tasks and bridging the business and external developers. Simultaneously, you contribute to re develop our SAP template to match the increased global focus. Your primary tasks will be to:
Contribute to SAP roll outs across subsidiaries in the growing global organization
Identify needs and wishes via close dialogue with local managers and teams – interviews, workshops etc.
Turn gained knowledge into useful requirement specifications for developers
Oversee development to ensure high quality deliverables
Handle customization tasks as well as tests and hypercare
Be go-to person for the business in regards to more complex support and operational tasks.
Proactive driver with experience from implementing SAP

Additionally, you are used to taking full responsibility for own tasks, and you know when to raise the flag and ask for help if necessary (and help you will get).
As you will work as change agent and bring the global agenda to local organizations, you will need all of your pragmatic and solution-oriented approach – you base your results on a constructive dialogue with a respectful and holistic perspective. Some years of experience from implementing SAP S/4
Skills within FI and maybe others
Good English skills, written and spoken
