The Operations Manager is responsible for delivering the planned audits in Denmark, and ensuring the audit capabilities and capacities match current demand and delivery. This role is leading the audit teams in Denmark.

In this role you are accountable for supervising assigned employees, including performance appraisal and individual development activities, and you are also accountable for managing external resources (subcontractors) as needed.

Your key responsibilities

• You are accountable for making sure Intertek?s aims and expectations are clarified, understood and communicated in the audit team. This includes implementation of processes, policies and instructions related to auditing
• This role supports the organization and external stakeholders in interpretations and certification issues
• You are responsible for encouraging and engaging the audit teams to achieve results and exceed expectations
