We are now searching for a new SBU Director to take responsibility for aligning sales, product portfolio and marketing of our DESKLINE products globally in cooperation with our global sales organisation and departments at LINAK headquarters.
You will report to the EVP & Division President for the DESKLINE division and have direct report from 8 experienced and highly motivated employees here at our headquarters in Guderup. But you will also hold matrix responsibility for all business activities performed by dedicated DESKLINE salespeople globally.

Define and execute the DESKLINE sales strategy
Define and communicate the global sales strategy
Prepare sales activity plans and follow-up on execution
Define and optimize pricing strategies
Meet the goals as regards turnover and margin
Responsible for observance of your cost budget
Take responsibility for sales globally
Cooperate with dedicated sales staff in our subsidiaries globally to drive sales
Visit OEM customers to ensure a joint strategy with Power Sponsors
Manage the introduction of new products/systems to the global sales organisation
Together with Marketing ensure optimal marketing of products and systems
Ensure regular coaching of employees and contribute to progress in projects
Ensure use of existing tools in the daily work (CRM, LEAN Sales tools)
Ensure that our product portfolio matches market demands
Structured collection of market information with a view to be able to offer the right products within our DESKLINE business, and input to R&D
probably hold at least a technical or business bachelor’s degree or a combination of the two
have significant sales experience from a technical B2B manufacturing environment and sales management experience as well
have a strong sense of business and can handle conflicting demands from customers and sales colleagues
are a strong communicator and are able to find the right balance in listening and communicating
are able to help people grow and are naturally respected by your colleagues and costumers
work with a systematic approach and are able to handle a high degree of complexity
speak, read and write English at a professional level, German is an advantage
