The Management Assistant is an important partner for the top management. With a great deal of organizational talent and foresight, you will coordinate and prioritize the appointments and travel planning for the top management team, planning of meetings, project-management and internal and external communication. This position of trust requires a very good knowledge of running projects, procedures and stakeholder management, hence this is a truely cross functional role with many global tasks.
As our management assistant the following responsibilities must be covered:
- Actively organize and overseeing management scheduling
- Attend executive meetings internal and external, hense travel activity must be expected
- Participating in strategic projects across divisions
- Be the strengthening link between organization and management
- Prepare presentations for management
- Plan and facilitate events and communication
Skills needed in order to succeed:
- High social skills
- Excellent organizational skills and have an eye for details
- Expert in Office especially Power Point
- Danish and English language at a high level (German is an advantage)
- Service orientated
- Outspoken team player

Your primarily place of work will be our head office placed in Harrislee, Flensburg – Germany.
