You will be part of a team that is responsible for our global CRM solution and the continuous improvement of our system so that it reflects our business processes and the needs around the organization. You will work closely with your colleagues in our Sales Excellence and Intelligence department to make sure that we develop our business, and our organization has the tools they need to perform.
You will also work closely with our global sales, marketing, and quality organization to find and qualify business needs, describe and design business processes, specify solutions and implement them together with IT. You will also be responsible for the training and continuous development of the CRM superusers and users, so daily CRM support and problem-solving is also part of the job. You will also work closely with the CRM specialists in our IT department, who will handle the technical side of CRM.
