In the role as Quality Process Analyst in Customer Quality you will play a key role in ensuring the reimbursement of warranty costs from our suppliers. As part of our Customer Quality Department, you will be establishing the link between claims handling, procurement, finance and our suppliers. You will be responsible for aligning and developing the warranty reimbursement process across all suppliers.
Initially this will be a hands-on role where you will drive the daily operations of the reimbursement process by engaging stakeholders across the organization.
The ambition of the position is to enable an automation of the future process in our ERP system. You will have a key role in building and maintaining the future system.
