Project manager - product development



Lodam is looking for an ambitious and skilled project manager with a technical background to join our R&D department for transport refrigeration. You will be part of various projects and it is expected that enjoy being in a dynamic environment. Our product portfolio consists of refrigeration system controls for Reefers, Truck and Trailers

The job objective
You probably hold a Master or a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or similar field and minimum 2 years of experience from working with technical development. You are interested in development and project management and you enjoy working with focus on reliability, as our products experience a rough life either on the road or on vessels at sea. We focus on reliability and product life time already in our design of the products, and throughout the manufacturing process. As a project manager you are managing the projects from the idea through the whole development processes

Your primary job responsibilities are: 
-    Make project plans and overview 
-    Ensure the right progress in the projects
-    Communication with external partners
-    Ensure follow-up on the project economy 
-    Lead and document technical quality investigations together with a team of hw/sw
     developers  

Your qualifications: 
-    Master or Bachelor of Electronic Engineering or similar 
-    Experience with project management tools and terms 
-    Experience with hardware or software development preferably with focus on reliability 
-    Be familiar with D-FMEA 
-    Enjoy working in a dynamic environment, where every day is new 
-    You are a fast thinker, combined with strong analytical and solution oriented skills
-    You work in a structured way, and can manage multiple tasks effectively
-    You are self-driven and enjoy working in a team where your results are very important
